hola chicos como estan? mi primer blog se va tratar sobre el amor propio y la reconstruccion del alma fisica que te genera seguridad autoestima y definicion corporal…hace dos anos me sentia muy incomodo con mi cuerpo y me canse que me dijeran cosas despectivas de mi fisico, asi que comence a trabajar en ello para no sentirme mal con mi cuerpo…y desde que tome la decision eh tenido mas seguridad de mi mismo, ya no me da pena estar en publico sin camisa, tengo mas seguridad de quien soy y de como me veo y lo mas importante es que lo hice por mi mismo y no por lo demas recuerda siempre sentirse bien contigo mismo, eso es o que importa y no deje que las opiniones de terceras personas de afecten..se tu mismo… feliz tarde chicos ….
